We proudly stand behind our work with a 1 year workmanship warranty on any new IE system installation. Warranty service requests are processed during normal business hours defined as 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday – Friday excluding national holidays.

Many technology devices we integrate require periodic firmware and software updates including advanced security setting features, adding features or patching known issues. Keeping the system up to date is critical for safe and reliable operation. The device updates can be performed for a fee per occurrence.

ieXtended is our highest level of service. We understand that technology can still fail even with the best plan, equipment and installation. We also understand that is does not always fail between 8-5 Monday – Friday. That’s why we offer ieXtended, a convenient way to get in touch when technology is being inconvenient.
Annual plans start as low as $600 annually and include the following:
• Dedicated number to text for service that is responded to by our in-house technicians within 30 minutes
• Remote monitoring of system connectivity
• Priority service call within 48 hrs. (2 Business Days)
• After hours support by text or email
Mon. – Sat. until 10pm
Sun. 12pm – 4pm
• Security and firmware updates as required.
